Prosoft-Systems demonstrated its production potential to foreign partners at the Innoprom International Industrial Trade Fair
Prosoft-Systems Company concluded its participation in the 9th International Exhibition INNOPROM, which gathered more than 600 exhibitors from 20 countries in the halls of IEC Ekaterinburg Expo. During four eventful days, the company demonstrated its latest releases –reliable and functional solutions for process operation control – and hosted Russian and foreign delegations at its booth. The company also organized a visit for clients and media personnel to its own production facility and announced the next fall recruitment for the School of Developers.
INNOPROM-2018 became yet another major platform for Prosoft-Systems, where it presented a wide range of capabilities in industrial automation and expanded its list of business contacts. Enterprise directors from the power and oil & gas industries had the opportunity to get acquainted with the latest developments. The key premieres at the Prosoft-Systems’ booth were the hardware and software package AlfaRegul for managing large processing facilities and the conception of the REGUL R500S programmable logic controller for emergency protection systems.
Visits by foreign business partners made up a substantial portion of the exhibition for Prosoft-Systems. Representatives of Belarusian and Middle Eastern companies arrived in Ekaterinburg to familiarize themselves with the PLC REGUL line for building reliable, fault-tolerant local and distributed process automation systems, which have already received recognition by professionals in Russia and CIS countries. These representatives expressed interest in acquiring effective solutions for building automated control system in the field of oil and gas extraction, processing and transportation, as well as automated control systems for thermal and mechanical equipment in the power industry.
During the exhibition, both Russian and foreign guests could visit Prosoft-Systems’ updated production site and evaluate the operation of their high-precision automated lines. It is worth noting that the technical complex of Prosoft-Systems, Ltd. is equipped in accordance with the requirements of the "Industry 4.0" concept and improved on a regular basis. This year, the company is increasing its scope by launching a second surface mount line as a part of the EKRA printer (Germany), the MYCRONIC component installer (Sweden) and the 3D AOI SPI VISCOM solder paste application quality control with Close Loop technology for printer operation adjustments. They are also expanding the territory of several priority areas, including the assembly sites for ARIS terminals and REGUL controllers.
Foreign company representatives discussed with Prosoft-Systems, Ltd. developers the technical capabilities of the equipment that the company has been implementing in the facilities of Russia's largest oil and gas and energy holdings over the course of many years. A trip was organized especially for foreign guests to one of the Urals’ most modern power plants, Akademicheskaya CHP, where, in 2017, Prosoft-Systems created an integrated system that manages all electrical equipment and maintains the plant in a failure-free mode. It also implemented a control system for CHP steam boilers using REGUL R600 redundant controllers.
According to guests, the visit was effective, despite its brief timeframe, and Prosoft-Systems specialists provided comprehensive information about their production potential. This series of meetings resulted in a positive assessment of the prospects of PLC REGUL RX00 in foreign markets and confidence in the further development of strong partnership relations.
