STATE-OF-THE-ART TECHNOLOGIES AND EQUIPMENT

Since 2015 Prosoft Systems actively invests in expanding its production capabilities. Currently our facilities cover more than 12 000 square meters of workspace, accommodating the most advanced equipment and technologies, including automated production lines that meet the Industry 4.0 requirements and allow to trace the full production and life cycle of products they issue. The range of "smart" lines and their capabilities are constantly expanding, and it all gets integrated into our ERP system.

Our production facilities comprise the following

  • Printed circuit board assembly workshop with automated lines for surface mounting of printed circuit boards and selective soldering of lead-outs
  • Terminal units and equipment assembly sector
  • Metalwork and electrical-installation sectors
  • Fdjusting and testing sectors
  • Quality control sectors for each stage of technological process
  • Automated warehouses for components and finished products.

Prosoft-Systems guarantees transparency and monitorability of order execution at every stage of the order`s processing: from initial request registration to delivery of a finished products to the customer. Mastering the Industry 4.0 technologies allows our company to ensure the quality of equipment we manufacture matches the quality level of international leaders of this industry sector, increase the efficiency of production, and reduce costs. Digital technologies provide flexibility of production, which opens up new opportunities for manufacturing not only batch products, but also custom products according to individual customer requirements.

  • Transparency and order fulfilment supervision at each stage: order placement, execution of the contract, components provision, equipment assembly, configuration and testing, packaging and delivery to the customer

PCB ASSEMBLY WORKSHOP

  • Automated PCB laser marking line
  • Automated surface-mounting line equipped with contemporary high-precision equipment: loader, screen printer, SMD component installer, conveyor reflow furnace, unloader, PCB cleaning installation
  • Automated optical inspection (AOI), automated X-RAY inspection
  • Automated line for selective soldering of lead-outs
  • Series, short-run and single units assembly according to the customer`s requirements
  • Assembly of components of any complexity, including BGA integrated circuits
  • Production of over 400 printed circuit board types and up to 200 000 modules per year
  • Climate-controlled production facilities complying with the safety and environmental standards
  • Start of operation of the second automated surface mounting line is planned for the beginning of 2018.

PCB ASSEMBLY WORKSHOP

MODULE AND TERMINAL UNIT ASSEMBLY AREAS 

  • Production of over 15 000 modules and 4500 terminal units per year
  • Multistage quality control of products, ensured, among other things, by submitting the products to final functional thermo-runs at temperatures of -55 to +80°C
  • The areas are stocked with professional equipment for assembly, adjustment, measuring, and laser marking application
  • All orders are fulfilled on time and the workmanship is of the highest quality

MODULE AND TERMINAL UNIT ASSEMBLY AREAS

METALWORK AND WIRING AREAS 

  • All kinds of metalcutting works
  • Assembly of electrotechnical equipment of any complexity, including automation cabinets, secondary equipment and electric power distribution panels
  • Professional and quality execution of urgent orders
  • Electrotechnical cabinets assembly at load current of up to 3000 A and voltage of up to 600 V
  • Production capacity: more than 5000 IEDs and 3000 cabinets per year

METALWORK AND WIRING AREAS

COMPONENTS AND FINISHED PRODUCTS WAREHOUSES 

  • Total area of storage facilities: over 2000 m2, with 39 000 locations and a volume of 8000 m3
  • Automated warehouse inventory control system
  • Maintenance of minimum supply level at 35% of the annual average production demands
  • Automatic identification of complete equipment (bar coding)
  • Microclimate control system with humidity and temperature control functions in sensitive elements storage area
  • Equipment shipping is performed in individual-sized package
